Configuring the Printer

The Configuration page allows you to view and change the configuration set-

tings of the printer.

System

This page allows you to configure several user- and printer-specific items.

Summary (shown above)

The System - Summary window provides the following information.

Item Description

Device Name Displays the name of the printer.

Device Place Displays the setup location for the printer.

Engine Serial

Number

Displays the serial number of the printer engine.

Memory Displays the amount of memory installed in the printer.

ADF Identifies whether the ADF is “Installed” or “Not Installed.”

Duplex Identifies whether the optional duplex unit is “Installed” or

“Not Installed.”

Input Tray Identifies whether an optional lower feeder unit is “Tray1” or

“Tray1, Tray2.”

Network Lists the printer interface (Ethernet 10Base-T/100Base-TX).
